Outcomes and costs displays a summary of connected and transferred calls. In addition, a list of RPC (Right Party Connects) and Did not Connects. The Today and MTD buttons allow you to view a screen with the Real Time Report for the day's and month to date results.
The Cost tab allows you to view a summary of the service costs for the day and month to date, as well as a the total amount of minutes billed. The charge is displayed in USD.
