The Knowledge Portals tab, which appears in the Knowledge Base Config window, contains all KB portals in a table containing the following columns.

ColumnDescription
NameName of the portal.
PublishedCheckbox to indicate if the portal is published.
LVP DefaultOption to make the portal appear on the Knowledge Portal window of the LiveVox Portal (LVP) for preview.
Filters 
  • Category: Checkbox to indicate if the articles on the portal are associated with any categories.
  • Section: Checkbox to indicate if the articles on the portal are associated with any sections.
Articles 
  • Public: Checkbox to indicate if the articles on the portal are public.
  • Private: Checkbox to indicate if the articles on the portal are private.
DescriptionDescription of the portal.
Last Modified
  • Modifier: ID of the user who modified the portal.
  • Date: Date when the portal was last modified, in your time zone.
Created
  • Creator: ID of the user who created the portal.
  • Date: Date when the portal was created, in your time zone.
  • Version: Version of the portal.
  • To sort the portals in a column in ascending or descending order, click the column or subcolumn heading once or twice as required. Alternatively, you can click the arrow next to the column or subcolumn heading, and then click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending as required.
  • To display only certain columns or subcolumns, click the arrow next to a column or subcolumn heading, click Columns, and then clear the checkboxes next to the columns or subcolumns that you do not want to be displayed in the table.
  • To lock a column or subcolumn, click the arrow next to the column or subcolumn heading, and then click Lock. To revert the change, click Unlock.
  • To filter the portals based on the text they contain, enter the partial or full text in the search box that appears below the window title.
  • To filter the portals based on a column or subcolumn, click the arrow next to the column or subcolumn heading, click Filters, and then enter the filter text or select the checkboxes or options as required.
