Used for speech recognition, allowing the customer’s speech to be recognized and grammatically transcribed as text to be used as input and interaction with the IVR.

The minimum length of digits that you want to validate in your module.

Custom Grammar Values

The grammar used by speech recognition. Used if the Grammar sed by recognition value is not set.

Language to Speech Recognition

Set the language to be recognized. We recommend using 1 for English.

Bargein 

Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing.

No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message.
