Incorporates both answering machine detection and operator transfer functionality.
This uses the functionality that was utilized by the legacy QC_ALL_TYPE message template to now support these service types within the contact flow to include QC, Preview All, and Manual.

Operator Transfer Prehold Prompt Phrase | Prompt to be played back before transfer. |
Operator Transfer Hold Phrase | Prompt to be played back to the customer during the call is on hold. |
Agent Hold Prompt Phrase | The hold prompt to be played back to the agent during agent-to-agent transfer (for ACD transfer). |
Agent Skill | Agent skill (for ACD transfer). |
Agent ID Value | Agent ID (for ACD transfer). |
Agent Logon ID Value | Agent login ID (for ACD transfer). |
Priority | Priority ID (for ACD transfer). |
