Navigate to the Phrases editor by selecting Configure > Messaging > Phrases from the Navigation Panel.
The Phrases editor main screen offers the following buttons:
- Generate TTS File – Generates a TTS (text to speech) sound file.
- Upload Sound File – Uploads the selected sound file.
- Add Phrase(s) – Adds a new phrase to selected library.
- Delete Phrase(s) – Deletes the selected phrase.
