The Phone and Devices section enables you to capture the phone and device details like the device's model, make, firmware, and MAC address that will help you configure a phone to the PBX system. You can download a log of all the configured devices in the PBX system.
The Phones and Devices section contains the following options:
| Devices | Add new devices and view the list of existing configured devices. When configuring a new device, you must specify a device name, MAC address of the device (provided when purchasing a device) Device type, and firmware. See Devices. |
| Firmware | Add the Firmware file and specify the device type, release date, and description. See Firmware. |
| Make/Model | Specify the device make or model, and choose the firmware template. See Make/Models. |
| Log | Download the log. You can specify the log details before downloading the log. See Log. |
