Create Notes

To create a note through Ticketing:

  1. Select the Notes tab.
  2. Click New at the bottom left of the screen. New Note window appears.
  3. Add Name and Description of the note.
  4. Click Save.

In addition, you can add notes specific to Account and/or Contact.

  1. Select a specific account or contact.
  2. Select Notes tab of account or contact.
  3. Click New. New Note window appears.


  4. Add Name and Description of the note.
  5. Click Save.

Delete a Note

To delete an existing note from the Notes tab:

  1. Double-click to open a note.
  2. Select More at the top right corner of the note.
  3. Select Delete.
