The Export Format editor allows you to define CSV export formats which allows you to include certain data when exporting. These formats can be used from different editors to export data. Currently, LiveVox supports these formats from the Agent editor.
Adjusting an in-use format (by automated jobs or a person) will impact what the CSV file looks like moving forward. For testing before implementing, make a copy and test on the new format.
