You can export a file containing contacts with email addresses from Contact Manager and manage the email campaign life through the Email settings. When configured, the Email Export button appears on the Contacts tab in the Contacts window. This button enables you to export all accounts with email addresses, according to your search criteria, as a list to the LiveVox Email Campaign Builder.  

To export the file:

  1. In Contact Manager, on the Contacts tab, click Email Export.
    T    he Export Contacts window appears. 

    • The Filter Name field displays the name of the filter selected in the Search drop-down list box on the Contacts tab in Contact Manager.
    • The Data Format field indicates how the export file is formatted. 
    • For a clean callback attribution, consider procuring a new callback number for mass email. LiveVox will configure this number with the number usage type as email.
    • You can view the number usage type within the Phone Numbers settings (in the left pane of the Configure tab) to validate which numbers are specific to email campaigns.



  2. To specify additional columns and the format of the file to be exported, use Adjust Export Columns.
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the required fields, and set up the required columns and their order.
  4. Click Ok, and then click Export.
