The Test Call feature allows you to launch an outbound unattended or agent desktop call using the service’s settings without loading a dialing list. The Test Call feature includes basic and advanced configuration and can be accessed from the Campaign Control panel in the Service Page by selecting the Test Call button.
If launching an agent desktop call, please ensure you have an agent logged in and ready.
- Basic screen allows users to simply enter a phone number and launch a test call with basic defaults.
- Selecting Show Advanced Options allows users to enter customer specific information which might be used in the IVR or shown on the agent desktop once connected. For example, phone number 2, email or total amount.
