Once you log in to PBX, the Dashboard comprising various widgets is displayed. These widgets are designed to facilitate real-time system performance monitoring, providing a convenient means to access specific PBX features with a simple click. The Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of historical and real-time data for the listed components.

| Users | Users added to the LiveVox Portal (LVP) are listed in the Users window. Modify the user information from the PBX Users window. See Users. |
| Numbers | Add any number that you own from the Numbers window. The Numbers window also allows you to purchase a new number for use. See Provisioning numbers. |
| Devices | Add a new device or configure an existing device from the Devices window. See Devices. |
| Sites | Access Sites to create a new site, add users/devices, and monitor or filter the call detail records based on the site. See Sites |
| System Status | The System Status panel displays the working status of PBX, Carriers, and Reporting systems. A green check indicates that the system is working fine. |
