The following table describes some of the icons that appear in the Dashboard window.

Information Menu | Displays information about LiveVox (including customer support) and the user guide. |
User Menu | Enables you to sign out of Wallboards and view who is signed in to Wallboards. |
Refresh all the panels | Refreshes all the panels on the dashboard. |
Dashboard layout | Displays the panels for upper, middle, and lower areas of the dashboard, which refer to the areas on the intended screen (wallboard). This icon also enables you to select the number of columns that you want to be displayed in an area. |
Fullscreen | Hides the upper frame that displays the LiveVox logo and the Dashboard banner. |
