The Contacts tab displays all the contact records and enables you to modify the uploaded contact data, manage consent and contacts, and create channel-specific campaigns for contacts having consent. In addition, the tab enables you to search for contacts by using the basic and advanced search options.
The Contacts tab contains the following fields and buttons:
- Search: Filters contacts by a selected field. For more information, see Filtering Contacts.
- Advanced Search: Performs an advanced search through the Advanced Search window. For more information, see Filtering Contacts.
- Segmentation Templates: Enables you to select a segmentation template created for Contact Manager for preview. For more information, see Managing or Previewing Segmentation.
- Preview: Displays a preview of the selected segmentation template. For more information, see Managing or Previewing Segmentation.
- Bulk Change: Modifies the set of filtered contact manager accounts in bulk. For more information, see Modifying Multiple Contacts.
- Make a Campaign: Creates a campaign through Contact Manager. For more information, see Creating a Campaign.
- Import: Imports contacts. For more information, see Importing and Exporting Contacts.
- Export: Exports contacts. For more information, see Importing and Exporting Contacts.
- Email Export: This button appears depending on the configuration. It exports all accounts with email addresses as a list to LiveVox Email Campaign Builder/Administrator portal. For more information, see Email Export from Contacts manager.
- Add: Adds a contact. For more information, see Adding/Deleting a Contact.
- Delete: Deletes selected contacts. For more information, see Adding/Deleting a Contact.
- Cancel: Cancels any changes.
