The Check Basic widget allows you to configure message prompts that enable agents to guide the customer through the payment information-gathering process by relaying the required instructions directly to the customer. The following table describes the fields you must configure in the Add - Check - Basic window.
Field | Description |

Window Title | Enter the widget name. |
Enabled | Click the checkbox to enable the widget on the extended panel of Agent Desktop. |
Check Routing Text | Enter the message prompt for the routing number. |
Check Account Text | Enter the message prompt for the account number. |
OK | Click OK to save the changes. |
Cancel | Click Cancel to discard the changes. |
