This is the main interface for viewing and editing a Call Flow.  The display includes panels for Basic and Advanced call flow modules, font Formatting, and a quick navigation Outline. To display the font Formatting menu select a module from the call flow.

Modules

A module is a container where messaging and logic properties are defined.  Modules are located under the Basic and Advanced expandable panels.  Hovering over each module will give you a short definition of its functionality.  Once a the desired module is placed onto the call flow palette then it's messaging and logic properties are defined by double-clicking on that module and by adjusting the values on the "Message Properties" tab.  Additional detailed information is offered on the Call Flow Editor Modules page.

Formatting

The formatting menu allows you to change the font format, color, fill, etc. of modules and connectors within the call flow display.  This will be helpful when wanting to highlight a specific module or within the call flow or by color coding connectors based on function or direction.

 

Outline

The outline feature displays a graphical overview of the entire call flow.  Users can easily navigate to the desired section of the call flow using this tool. In addition to the Outline view you can also Zoom In or Zoom Out using the zoom buttons to view the entire call flow or specific sections.

 

Associated Messages Tab

Here you can view all messaging associated with a particular call flow.  Hovering over the listed message provides corresponding message details.  Clicking the View button takes you to the details of that Message.  Specifically, you will be sent to the corresponding Message under the Configure > Messaging > Message Editor > General tab for that Message.

View XML Tab


The View XML tab shows the code used to create the visual modules and connectors of a call flow including font specifics, module names and property values.
