The Agent States graph displays a pie chart with the distribution of agents by state. Each state is represented by a different color. For example:
- Wrap Up - Yellow
- Not Ready - Red
- In Call - Green
- Ready - Blue
You are able to change agents' states. See section 2021-10-17_03-12-19_Agent Status Change Functionality for more information.
