The Agent Desktop is a screen that appears to the agents when they work on customer calls using LiveVox. The desktop provides the following information:

  • Customer
  • Termination codes
  • Optional call controls
  • Configurable widgets through the Extended Panel
  • Configurable contact information (that is, customer resource management), along with targeted scripts, through the Designer Panel


The Agent Desktop configuration is assigned at either the client level or the service level. This section contains information about the settings that are available for the Agent Desktop.
