With the preview option, the Contacts manager allows you to preview the count of records with a selected filter and/or a segmentation template. To generate a preview of the segmentation options select a segmentation template from the Segmentation Templates drop down.
Select Preview to view the segmentation template preview screen. This displays a screen with the count of records in each segment. Segments with zero count are hidden until Show Empty Segments is checked.
Select the link next to the segmentation templates field to access Segmentation from the Contacts manager.
This displays the Segmentation editor screen from which you can create and manage segmentation templates and then apply them on any filtered contacts or for the entire pool of accounts.
