Contact Manager enables you to preview the count of contact records with a selected filter and/or a segmentation template.
To generate a preview of the segmentation options:
- In Contact Manager, on the Contacts tab, in the Segmentation Templates drop-down list box, select a segmentation template, and then click Preview.
The Segmentation Template window displaying the count of contact records in each segment appears. Segments with zero count are hidden until you select the Show Empty Segments checkbox.
To access Segmentation from Contact Manager, select the link next to the segmentation templates field.
The Segmentation window appears. You can create and manage segmentation templates from this window and apply them to all or filtered contacts.
