You can access PBX from the main LiveVox Portal (LVP) window.
The PBX system is available at an additional cost. It is not part of the basic LiveVox license. Contact the LiveVox Support Team for more information.
To access PBX:
- Log in to the LiveVox Portal.

The PBX option appears along with the other available options.

.The PBX Dashboard is displayed in a new tab.Use the LVP credentials to log in to the PBX system. You do not need separate login credentials.
