You can export a file of contact email accounts out of Contacts manager and manage the email campaign life through the Email editor. When configured, Contacts manager offers Email Export button which allows you to export all accounts with email addresses as per your search criteria as a list to LiveVox Email Campaign Builder.
To export a file of contacts with email addresses, click the Email Export button at the bottom-right of the Contacts manager.
This brings up the Export Contacts screen which offers the following fields and buttons:
- Filter Name - Displays the Filter name selected under search drop down of contact editor.
- It is recommended to procure a new callback number for mass email to have a clean callback attribution. This number will be configured with number usage type as email by the LiveVox team.
- You can view the number usage type within Phones Editor to validate which numbers are specific to email campaigns.
- Adjust Export Columns: Similar to the import function, the data format note within the screen will specify how the export file will be formatted. Additional columns can be specified by clicking the Adjust Export Columns button and clicking the check boxes next to the desired fields. Once the setup of the desired columns and their order is completed click the Ok button to return to the main screen.
- Export: Click the Export button to finish exporting your file.
Click Cancel to discard the changes.
