You are able to change your password from the Voice Portal.
To change your password, select the Edit User option from the profile picture drop down menu at the top right corner of the voice portal.
This will bring up the User screen.
Within the User screen, update the Password and Confirm Password fields with your new password. Click the Save button to complete your password update.
The password must be a minimum of eight characters, containing at least one digit and cannot match any of the previous four passwords.
If your password fails to meet the requirement criteria then an error message similar to the following will be displayed:
