A ticket is a record that contains customer service requests or issues. U-Ticket provides the ticketing system to process the requests or issues.

The Ticketing section of the Configure tab enables you to manage tickets, along with accounts, contacts, and notes, and to configure tickets, including their forms, workflows, filters, settings, and display.

U-Ticketing comes at an additional cost. Contact your Account team to enable this feature.
