The Reporting section enables you to view and export all information related to call recording, keywords, scorecards, screen recording, and other analytics data. Navigate through the reports by selecting WFO> Speech IQ > Reporting. The different categories of available reports are displayed in the Navigation Panel.
The Add Automated Reports feature available in each Report window enables you to set up the reports to be sent automatically to your email addresses daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biweekly, or yearly.
