creating a designer desktop

To create a Designer Desktop:

1. Access Designer.
   The Designer window appears.
2. Click Desktops > DESKTOPS, and then click New.
   
   The New Desktop window appears.

3. Specify values in the fields.
   

   Fields

   • Name: Name to identify the Designer Desktop.

   • (Optional) Description: Description of the Designer Desktop.
     

     The Type field displays Agent by default.

   

4. Click Save.
   The Designer Desktop is created. The Design subtab appears to enable you to design the desktop. 
   

   By default, the initial page of the Designer Desktop is created and is active. The initial page represents the first page that appears when an agent logs in to the Designer Desktop.
