To enter a new DNC entry to either the Permanent or Daily DNC lists:
- Select the DNC type from the DNC Type drop down.
- Click Add DNC and add new entry.
- You can use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard when adding account or phone DNC entries to represent any character.
- For example, an entry of 123* will block all phone numbers in the 123 area code.
- Click Save and the new DNC entry will be added.
