.Exporting and Printing Call Flows vU14

Navigate to the Configure > Messaging > Contact Flow Engine window to explore the Export and Print options.

Exporting allows you to save a copy of the selected contact flow in various formats.  To export your contact flow:

1. Click the Export button.
2. Enter a file name and select the format from the File Format dropdown menu.  The available formats are:
   
   • mX graph editor (.mxe)
   • SVG file (.svg)
   • PNG file (.png)
   • PNG + XML (.png) 
3. Click Download to export the file.
4. Click Open or Save.

To print a contact flow to PDF:

1. Click the Print button. 
   A new window opens with the contact flow displayed.
2. Adjust the page formatting as needed and click Print.
