Overview

This document provides an overview of the new features and enhancements to existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox U13 release.

  • For information about the application programming interface (API), see the Developer Portal.
  • For information about user roles and permissions, see the User Hub.
  • For this version of the LiveVox platform to function properly, you must permit traffic to and from the following websites:
  • Unless stated otherwise, the following browsers support the LiveVox Portal (LVP):
    • Internet Explorer 11
    • Latest version of Google Chrome
    • Latest version of Microsoft Edge
    • Latest version of Mozilla Firefox
  • Before you log on to LiveVox after it is upgraded, you must clear cache, cookies, and history.

If your LiveVox Portal is on the NA3 environment, after the upgrade, your portal and agent links will change as follows: 

Logging on to LVP

To log on to LVP:

  1. Go to the LiveVox login site using a link whose format is similar to the following links, which are provided by LiveVox:
  2. Enter values in the following fields.

    FieldDescription
    Client CodeClient code provided by LiveVox.
    User NameYour logon ID.
    PasswordYour password.
  3. Click LOGIN.

Agent Desktop Native (ADN)

LiveVox U13 release work optimally with ADN 7.3.  Before upgrading to LiveVox U13, please ensure your Agent Desktop Native version is upgraded to ADN 7.3.

End of Support Announcements

End-of-Support Dates

  • The end of support date for version 11 is December 30, 2020.
  • The end-of-support date for version 10 is August 30, 2020.
  • The end-of-support date for version 9 is February 29, 2020.
  • Custom JSP integration is not supported since U11. If you are still using a custom desktop, prior to the U13 upgrade, your desktop must be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script, supports what had been previously supported through a custom integration. For assistance, contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team. 
  • The Agent Registration Microsoft-based .NET application is not supported since U12. If you are still using a custom .NET Agent Registration desktop, prior to the U13 upgrade, your desktop must be converted to the new LiveVox Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application. For assistance, contact the LiveVox Customer Care Team. 

It is recommended that you migrate to the latest version of LiveVox.
