Designer is a WYSIWYG editing environment for the creation and management of agent and manager desktop. It provides flexibly laid out arrangement of components which package together contact information along with targeted scripts which guide an agent in specific activities.
- Contact your Account team or Client Services to discuss add-on product setup for your site.
- If enabled, you can see the checked Designer option by navigating to Configure > Client / Service > Client editor > Billing tab > WFO section.
Agent Desktop - Designer Tab
The Designer tab allows you to configure the designer desktop which can be assigned to the required Agent Desktop. To configure, navigate to Configure > Agent > Agent Desktop . Select Agent Panel + Designer option; the Designer tab appears as shown below:
- Designer Desktop - Select a required designer desktop from the drop down to assign to the selected agent desktop and click Save Agent Desktop. Clicking on the refresh icon will provide the latest list of available designer desktops.
Click on the arrow next to Refresh button which will display the Sign in screen in the new Designer tab. You need to enter the credentials provided by the permitted administrative users to configure Designer functionality.
