.Interoperability of Secure Payment Capture (SPC) Widgets vU11

You can enable the SPC functionality on Agent Panel, Agent Panel with Extended Panel, or Agent Panel with Designer. 

To enable the functionality on Agent Panel:

1. Navigate to Configure > Agents > Agent Desktop.
2. Select the desktop (associated with the standard agent desktop service) from the Desktops drop-down menu.
3. Select the Agent Panel + Extended Panel option.
4. Add Secure Payment Capture widgets.
   
   
5. Click the Save Agent Desktop button.
6. Select the Agent Panel option for the same desktop.
   
   
7. Click the Save Agent Desktop button.

To enable the functionality on Agent Panel with Designer:

1. Navigate to Configure > Agents > Agent Desktop.
2. Select the desktop (associated with the designer desktop service) from the Desktops drop-down menu.
3. Select the Agent Panel + Extended Panel option.
4. Add Secure Payment Capture widgets.
   
   
5. Click the Save Agent Desktop button.
6. Select the Agent Panel + Designer option for the same desktop. 
   
   
7. Click the Save Agent Desktop button.
8. Navigate to the Designer tab.
9. Select the required designer desktop from the Designer Desktop drop-down menu.
   
   
10. Click the Save Agent Desktop button.
