To access Designer:

  1. On the LiveVox Portal (LVP), on the Configure tab, click Agents > Agent Desktop.
    The Agent Desktop window appears.
  2. In the Desktops field, select an agent desktop.

  3. Select the Agent Panel + Designer option.
    The Designer tab appears.

  4. On the Designer tab, in the Designer Desktop field, click the Open Designer in new tab icon Open Designer in new tab icon.
    The Sign in window appears.

  5. Enter your credentials, and then click Sign in.
    The Designer window appears. By default, the U-AD Standard Desktop appears.

    This Designer window is called Designer.

You can sign out of Designer by using the avatar icon . In addition, you can use this icon to view the following information:

  • Your name and role
  • LiveVox version
  • About LiveVox
  • Customer support

Designer Tabs

The Designer window displays the following tabs:

  • Designer: Displays all designer desktops, along with the pages for each desktop and the events that may trigger a page switch from a given page.
  • Script Builder: Enables you to configure the scripts that guide an agent in specific activities (for example, credit card collection or welcoming).
  • APIs: Enables you to configure an action for a specific event.
