LiveVox U12


Overview

This document provides an overview of the new features and enhancements to existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox 12 Early Adoption release.

  • For information about the application programming interface (API), see the Developer Portal.
  • For updated Users Roles and Permissions, see the User Hub.
  • For this version of the LiveVox platform to function properly, you must permit traffic to and from the following websites:
  • Unless stated otherwise, the following browsers support the LiveVox Portal (LVP):
    • Internet Explorer 11
    • Latest version of Google Chrome
    • Latest version of Microsoft Edge
    • Latest version of Mozilla Firefox
  • Before you log on to LiveVox after it is upgraded, you must clear cache, cookies, and history.

To log on to LVP:

  1. Go to the LiveVox login site using a link whose format is similar to the following links, which are provided by LiveVox:
  2. Enter values in the following fields.

    FieldDescription
    Client CodeEnter the client code that is provided by LiveVox.
    User NameEnter your login ID.
    PasswordEnter your password.
  3. Click LOGIN.

End of Support Announcements

Some earlier versions of LVP and the Agent Desktop are no longer supported in this version.

End-of-Support Dates

  • The end-of-support date for version 9 is February 29, 2020.
  • The end-of-support date for version 8 is August 31, 2019.
  • The end-of-support date for version 7 is March 31, 2019.
  • The end-of-support date for versions 6 and 5 is October 30, 2018.

As LiveVox continues to develop standard desktop offerings, custom JSP Integrations are no longer supported in U12. Therefore, your custom desktops must be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script, supports what previously had been supported through a custom integration. 

The Agent Registration Microsoft based .NET application is no longer supported in U12. Your custom .NET Agent Registration desktops must be converted to the new LiveVox Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application prior to the U12 upgrade.

It is recommended that you migrate to the latest version of LiveVox.
