As a safeguard against duplicate dialing, LiveVox Portal by default prevents users from loading a list of accounts that have already been built the same day.  If you upload/build to the wrong service in error or change your mind about that loaded campaign, the un-dialed accounts must be “deactivated” before re-loading the campaign. 

To deactivate a campaign:

  1. Select the required campaign and click the Deactivate button on the Campaign Control panel.
  2. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click OK or Cancel.
    If you click OK, a pop-up message will indicate the Campaign ID is deactivated. The campaign appears struck-through and the Play State shows a deactivated icon.
