This module causes the remaining IVR to play in an alternate language with a valid key-stroke (and can loop back to the beginning); invalid key-stroke or no input plays the remaining IVR in the default language.
- You can configure the default and alternate languages.
- The module is used for an outbound or inbound contact flow.

Alt Language Main Prompt Phrase | Prompt to be played back for alternative language selection. To edit the default message, double-click the text field to access the Phrase editor. |
Default Language | Default language selected for the contact flow. The voice talents that appear in the menu here are configured in Services > Client > Voice Pool. |
Alternative Language | The alternative language selected for the contact flow. |

Display Name | Description |

Bargein | Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing. No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message. |
