The following table describes the fields that appear in the Article Form window when uploading an article.

Article | This field appears only when you select the File option. Use the Browse button to select the file from your computer. The maximum file size is 50 MB. |
Url | This field appears only when you select the Webcrawl option. Enter the URL of the web page that contains the article. If you enter an incorrect URL, you cannot publish the article. When you attempt to publish such an article, the status becomes FAILED. |
Levels | This field appears only when you select the Webcrawl option. The value in the field indicates the level of the article on the associated web page. For example, if the value is 0, the content that appears on the associated webpage is considered as the article. If the value is 1, the content that appears on the associated webpage and the content that appears on the next page whose link may be provided on the associated webpage are considered as the articles. The default value in the field is 3. You can, however, modify the value to a number that is not more than 10. |
Security Protocol Model | This field appears only when you select the Webcrawl option. If you want users to log on to access the article on the associated webpage, select a security model in the field.

Ensure that the name is related to the article. |
Category | Select the category that is related to the article, for filtering. The values that appear in the drop-down list are the categories that appear in the Settings section of the Knowledge Base Config window. |
Refresh Frequency | This field appears only when you select the Webcrawl option. Select one of the following options:

Section | This field appears only when you select a value in the Category field. Select the section that is related to the article, for filtering. The values that appear in the drop-down list are the sections that appear for the category in the Settings section of the Knowledge Base Config window. |
Description | Enter a description of the article. Ensure that the description is one that can help users easily identify the intent of the article. |
Tags | Enter keywords or labels with which you want the article to be identified. Ensure that the tag is related to the article. |
