- To create a new dialing strategy, select the Add Strategy button from the Strategies editor.
- You may also select the Copy button to copy an existing strategy and update to modify the settings accordingly.
- You will create a new dialing Strategy. Enter a name the in Name field for the new Strategy.
Use only alpha numeric characters in the new strategy name. Symbols such as apostrophes and underscores are not allowed.
- Add a phone number to the dialing sequence using the Add button.
- Select Save to save your new Strategy.
The new Strategy can now be modified to take the appropriate actions for each specific outcome. For more information see section on Editing Strategies.
