The Agents tab allows you to filter and view agent's shift information for today, a specific day, week, two weeks, or a month with compact or expanded views.  On the WFO tab, go to Workforce Management > Agent Scheduling. You can also navigate to the Schedule tab from Configure > Agents > Agent Scheduling,  select the Agents tab.

You can also change the hours for the shift and the number of breaks per shift for an agent. For detailed information on modifying assigned shifts for an agent, see Modifying the Assigned Shift.
