The Agent Details tab allows you to filter and view agent's shift details for today, specific day, week, two weeks, or a month with comapct or expanded view. Navigate to Configure > Agents > Agent Scheduling (Alternatively, you can navigate WFO > WFM > Agent Scheduling), select the Agent Details tab from the Agent Scheduling .
You can also change the hours for the shift and breaks per shift for an agent. For detailed information on modifying assigned shifts for an agent, see the Modifying the Assigned shift section.
