In the ScriptBuilder window, when you select the Data option, the following buttons appear:
- New: Enables you to define a new variable to be used within the script.
- Edit: Enables you to modify existing data variables.
- Import Screenpop: Enables you to import the variables related to the service associated with the script. The data elements that are passed to the desktop from the service are defined in the LiveVox platform as screen pop variables. You can import these variables into the script, eliminating the need to create them manually.
- Contact Search Mapping: Enables you to define how the data retrieved from the contact search is mapped to the data elements inside a script.
