The Audit Log Viewer is a tool that tracks changes made by users across the voice portal. It can be accessed from Configure > System > Audit Log Viewer.



You can search the logs for specific text (such as username) by typing in the Search for Text box.



You can filter these logs by specific areas of the voice portal via the Search By Type drop down.



You can filter the logs by certain date ranges from the Date Filter drop down.



Click the Search button once all parameters are specified.



Navigate through the pages of logs from the bottom left side of the panel. You can click on specific page number links or use the >< buttons to navigate a single page at a time. The >> and << buttons will take you to the last page and first page, respectively.
