Use this module in outbound or inbound contact flows to continue phrases after the Introduction module or when you're using the AMD module and the connector used is 'success'. It can accept key presses for branching logic.

Identification Prompt Phrase | Prompt to be played back asking for identification. You can edit the phrase by double-clicking the text field to access the Phrase editor. Identification Invalid Phrase | Prompt to be played back upon invalid identification. |
Identification No Input Phrase | Prompt to be played back upon no input. |
Identification Max Error Phrase | Prompt to be played back upon identification error. |
Identification Max Retries | Max identification retries number. |
Contact Flow Properties
Display Name | Description |

Bargein | Yes (default) indicates that the customer can press a key when a message is playing. No indicates that pressing a key when a message is playing will not stop the message. |
