Create a New Account Record
You can create new accounts through Ticketing. Navigate to Config > Ticketing > Tickets > Accounts tab to create a new account:
- Click New at the top left of the screen. New Account window appears.
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Click Save.

Delete an Account Record
You can delete one record at a time. To delete an account:
- Double-click a selected account to open the record.
- Select More button at the top right corner.
- Select Delete.
