The Change History tab contains a table with the history of all changes made to the service. The table contains the following columns.
Column | Description |

| Changed By | Name of the user who modified the service |
| Changed On | Date and time when the user modified the service, in the user’s configured time zone. |
| Short Description | Description of the modification (for example, Field 'Scrub Wireless' changed.) |
