Help Pane
On the LiveVox Portal (LVP), you can access the context-sensitive Help by clicking the question mark icon , which appears on the extreme right of any window.
Product Documentation
You can access this guide through the Product Documentation Library.
Product Documentation Library is a centralized location for documentation such as user guides, release notes, training videos, webinars, and news about LiveVox.
To access Product Documentation through LVP, in the lower-left corner of any window, click the LiveVox icon , and then click Guides. Alternatively, in the upper-right corner of any window, you can click the LiveVox icon and then click Product Documentation Library.
If you want to customize the application programming interface (APIs), you can access the LiveVox Developer Portal, by clicking the LiveVox icon in the upper-right corner of any window and then clicking Developer Portal.
