You can modify your preferences for real-time browser and email alerts for all bots in a single place.
Managing Real-Time Alerts
To manage real-time browser alerts for all bots:
- In the upper-right corner of any window, on your name menu, click User Profile.
The Edit User window appears. - Click the Realtime Alerts tab.
A list of bots appears. - In the Generate on column, select one of the following options (criteria) for generating real-time browser alerts for the bots:
- Bot Launch: Displays the alert when the bot is launched.
- Bot Engagement: Displays the alert when a customer interacts with the bot.
Goal Completion: Displays the alert when the bot goal is completed.
- Click Save.
Your preferences for real-time browser alerts for the bots are saved.
Managing Email Alerts
To manage email alerts for all bots:
- In the left pane, hover over Account Settings, and then click Alerts.
The Settings window displaying the Alerts tab appears. - In the Bot Name column, enable the bots for which you want email alerts to be generated.
Specify values in the remaining columns.

- Click Save.
Your preferences for email alerts for the bots are saved.
