You can access the LiveVox Portal (LVP) from the following mobile devices:
- Android 5.1+
- iPhone 6+
- iPad 3+
- Surface 2+
Before you access LVP on a mobile device, ensure that an email address is assigned to your LVP account.
To access LVP Mobile:
- On the LiveVox Portal, in the upper-right corner of any window, click the LiveVox icon
and then click LVP Mobile.
The LVP Mobile Promo window appears.
- Click TRY NOW.
An invitation email is sent to the email address assigned to your LVP account. - Click the link provided in the email to access LVP on a mobile device.
