.Associating Messagebook Entry vU9

To associate the Messagebook entry with the agent desktop, navigate to Configure > Agents > Agent Desktop > Messagebook Tab.

1. Select the desired agent desktop from Desktops drop-down menu.
2. Under the Messagebook tab, click the Add button to associate the Messagebook entry and Select Messagebook Message pop-up appears.
   
3. All the created Messagebook entries will be listed in the Message drop-down menu. Select the option from the drop-down menu.  
4. Click OK. 
5. Click the Save Agent Desktop so that message will be available on agent desktop.
