The Audit Log Viewer tracks changes across your LiveVox Voice Portal.
In the Search for text box you can search for specific text in the logs. The logs can be filtered by type from the Search By Type drop down.
You can also specify the time range you search within from the Date Filter drop down. Click the Search button once all search parameters are set.
Navigate through the pages of logs from the bottom of the panel. You can click on specific page number buttons or use the >, < buttons to navigate a single page at a time. The >> and << buttons will take you to the last page and first page, respectively. The drop down menu will let you quickly navigate, in increments of 15, through the pages of logs.
