The Termination Codes tab displays the list of termination codes assigned for the service.

 

Check the Termcode Enabled checkbox to make term codes visible to agents. You will be presented with the view of currently assigned termination codes and their details for the selected Call Center and Service.

Disable the Termcode Enabled checkbox for services that are assigned to a Knowledge Worker Desktop.
