LiveVox offers clients the ability to send emails as part of a comprehensive contact strategy. Email messages may be sent in bulk as part of a marketing or awareness campaign. This type of email is commonly referred to as Mass Email. Alternatively, email messages may be sent to specific recipients as a result of an action that was taken by the recipient or by your agent. These types of messages are commonly referred to as Transactional Emails.
